Big Shoes to Fill

Jenni, it seems, did not read the fine print.

The shoot started as usual. She showed up to the studio at 9, got into the makeup chair by 9:15 and went to the dressing room to put on the skimpy thing the producers had placed.

As she dressed Jenni felt a tingling feeling and a strange, almost dizzy feeling. She looked around... everything seemed normal. After slipping on her top she heaped her clothes on a nearby couch.

Showtime.

When Jenni stepped out she could see nothing but vast, flat space. "Wha? What is this?!"

"Don't be frightened," a voice echoed, "you've just been made smaller."

"Who said that?"

"This is the director. It's time for your shoot. Please, walk around the room"

Behind her the room was a solitary box in a great void. Slowly, hesitating, she followed the voice's command. Placed behind the room were gigantic red high heels.

"What is this?!" "Do not be frightened. You've been chosen for the ad.  It was the choice of the ad crew that in our product must be both powerful and sexy. The shoes were decided to be the powerful... you the latter."

Jenni ventured to touch one of the shoes. It was real leather, the beveled texture was all too real to her.

"Then what do I do," she asked to the void.

"Follow our direction, you are in safe hands."

She had some big shoes to fill.
